Great Clips

Sharon was WONDERFUL. Ive had some really difficult cuts in the past, and with my style of hair Ive had some nightmares. Ive went in twice recently, to layer my hair, and then get a whole new cut due to fixing a previous style and she was helpful, she was honest, and she made it a great experience, she made me feel like I was heard and understood exactly what I needed and what was necessary for my hair. Thank you so much Sharon for making my experience amazing and I will come to you for many other styles in the future !!!!!!

Caroline was awesome. I hardly ever cut my hair so I was worried for some reason. she went through awesome ideas and lengths and actually made it the right length that I wanted. I've been to other places and cried because they cut it way too short. The ladies here are awesome. My friend went in the next day, I think she saw Betty, and loved her hair too. We will take better care of our hair and come back in a few months.

Went in for a trim as a pick me up on a Saturday morning between appointments at my salon. It was my first time in a great clips. Said several times I only wanted a trim and that I had long layers in my hair and to try to keep them in tact. Again, just there really to have someone wash my hair and make me feel refreshed as a mom to an 8 month old. The woman absolutely butchered my hair used the thinning shears like it was her first time playing with a new toy and the shortest layer was about 2 inches long. A month later I still can't put it in a pony tail. Went to my normal stylist a week later so she could try to fix it and she said it looked like one of my Kindergarteners took scissors to my hair. Little did I know this little trip would cost me my sanity every morning for the past month and counting. And to top it off it was $66 the woman literally just ran the dryer over my hair because "the brush would take too long" and had the nerve to charge me for "styling". I did get the styling charge refunded later but not without an attitude from the manager. I wouldn't be surprised to learn the woman who "cut" my hair was not qualified or licensed. At the very minimum I must have been her first client. Just a terrible experience that is clearly still haunting me to this day On the bright side, I've expanded my baseball cap collection.
