As a brown belt with over 8 years of bjj experience, I can easily say that Golden Jiu Jitsu is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. It's so refreshing to find a place where the owners consistently go above and beyond to maintain engaging instruction and an excellent culture. Bryan and Avery are so good at meeting each student where they're at so that the classes and open mats are great for all skill levels. Whether this is your first time or thousandth time going to a gym, I would highly recommend checking out Golden Jiu Jistu.

Did someone already mention "hidden gem"? Yes they did, but I'd also add Golden gem! The Golden BJJ professors are incredible. Classes are super engaging, fun and full of fitness. What's more, the community they are building is exactly what I was looking for. Did I mention they are in Golden, CO! Just awesome!
