Middlemist

My experience at Middlemist was exquisite. Cannot wait to go back and will be a repeat customer! I loved the warmth and creativity of their space, and the bouquet they designed for me was so joyful and beautiful. The two women I met were kind and looked like they loved what they do, and it shows in their work and customer service.

Having a design background I wanted a local (not tele florist) designer. I called, went through different blooms ( in NY we have different available blooms). The designers were friendly, willing to put together exactly what I envisioned and executed exactlyas we discussed. Each individual you send flowers to has to be considered because of their personality and taste. I would say this; put down the phone and call this shoppe. They are one of the best I have ever worked with.

Highly recommend! I live out of state and had flowers delivered to a friend and the process was so smooth and professional. I was sent a photo of the arrangement before, and was notified when they were delivered. It's always nerve racking to order flowers out of state as you never know what to expect, but the flowers that arrived were even better than I could have imagined. Would absolutely work with Middlemist again.

Seriously? This overpriced, underwhelming arrangement is wilting by 2nd day. As of 12/20 - I am increasing the stars on my review and providing an update as the florist was kind enough to offer a refund and reasonable discount for a future order. Things can happen that may prevent perfect execution at every turn, but the response and willingness to correct this instance was a big win in my book. Thank you, Middlemist for your efforts to resolve this issue. Much appreciated!
