Anyone who is looking for new carpet, tile or hardwood, should consider Floor Coverings International. The entire process could not have been any easier. From the very beginning, they came out with samples, told me the cost (which was more than competitive) and set a date. All my questions were answered and I didnt feel rushed or pressured. Best of all, I didnt have to leave the house. They came and installed and it looks beautiful. Steve, the owner, has been helpful, friendly and professional. Also, they are a locally owned company which I like to support. When I get ready to have my floors redone, I will definitely call Floor Coverings International. Their service is superb.

Dealing with the Raneys and Floor Coverings International was an exceptional experience. They offered a wide selection of top quality carpets to fit offices, winding staircases and landings, in a recently restored Victorian building, then delivered and fitted them ON TIME to our complete satisfaction.

Steve, Erin and the entire staff were very professional and absolutely top notch! Had some great design suggestions about how to make the carpet look its best. The project was done on time, communication was excellent and the finished project more than met our expectations. We would definitely work with Steve and Erin again on any future projects and intend to recommend FCI to our family and friends.
