I have called 8 times now trying to get a referral to see the pt they sent to us and is here now. The first time I got a busy signal, indicating someone was on the other line. Called again and the call was picked up by someone, I heard background noise for a brief moment, then whoever answered hung up immediately without saying anything. Called a third and rang about 6 times before getting a VM that doesn't actually let you leave a VM, unless you know and can enter the mailbox number you need to leave a message on. Called a 4th time and it rang only twice before going to this unhelpful VM recording. Called 4 more times all to no avail. I don't understand why you would pick up then hang up, then just not answer the call.

Dr. Karen Kelly is amazing! I started going to her 14 years ago and couldn't be more thankful to have found her. I went to several docs that didn't think what was going on with me at the time was an issue. Dr. Kelly took my issue seriously and helped me get the tests done that needed to be done. I truly believe I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for her. Thanks Dr. Kelly for being so caring and making the right health decisions for me!

If you're looking for a caring, empathetic doctor, this is not the place for you! My 80 year old father who is on oxygen and has cancer had an appt. today, they said he was 10 minutes late, he was not. They would not see him, told him to reschedule, no matter how much I pleaded. Think about the hours we have all spent waiting for our appts., think about the vulnerability we all feel seeing a Dr., especially when we are sick, think about how hard it is caring for an aging parent and getting them to their appts. I know you, as a patient, will understand what I am saying, believe me, this Dr. won't!! Find someone who will care about you and your health, and understand your circumstances. Someone who would never turn a sick, 80 year old man out based on a few minutes, please don't waste your time or your heart on the woman or her practice!!!
