        I can not express how grateful I am for everyone in this office. They are professional and top notch in every imageable way. From the front office who deals with nightmares of insurance to the amazing practitioners to the RNs who work in the chemo room. I am still around and thriving because of their care.

        New patients who got scheduled during their lunch hour. Waited an hour before walking out. Lady at the front desk was incredibly rude (younger girl at front desk was receptive and understanding). Our time was not important to them. Hope they enjoyed their subway sandwich while we waited. We will absolutely not be back.

        Had two different people contact me for two days to get my paperwork and lab results. Had to tell both parties the same insurance information I already provided which was a waste of time. Then even after receiving my diagnosis proof and proof that I had a visit with my PCP they called me back again on day 2 to say they couldn’t see me without a referral from my PCP physician because of their own office policy. My insurance does not require a referral and I have proof of a diagnosis. I have proof of a genetic medical disorder and they do not care. This office does not care about preventative medicine without wanting to waste my time or money, along with wasting a visit to my PCP who presumably had actually ill patients to see. I will not be using National Jewish ever after this experience.
