        I paid for a bike rental last summer that included them taking us by van to the start of the trail. Booked 2-3 months in advance. The night before, I received a call saying there was some issue with the trail and we wouldnt be able to do it. Guy was very rude and unapologetic. I called back and spoke with another employee who was nicer and more helpful. Offered some alternative (more expensive) options which we were not interested in. I opted for a refund which he told me he processed, but I never received my money back.

        Took the RZR tour with Eric at Bair Ranch. Eric was a great and knowledgeable guide, and the ride was awesome. Highly recommend.
