        2 knee replacements and 1 hip replacement. My hubby had a shoulder surgery too. Dr. Adams is the best.

        Took my son there on more than one occasion. Once for a knee injury and the other a fractured arm...All football related. Both Dr.Adams and Ike took excellent care of him! My son looked forward to seeing these guys at his follow up appointments and I know its because they truly cared about him. He has fully recovered from both injuries and we are so thankful!

        DON"T GO! He didn't even do an xray for a knee impact that turned out to be a patella fracture and I lost 10 weeks worth of healing time. Completely dismissed my pain and my concerns. Go to Steadman Clinic.

        I received excellent care from Dr. Adams and his PA Ike Fitzgerald after a shoulder injury from a bike wreck. Ike insisted I have X-rays, which I thought would be a waste of time - I was pretty sure I had torn my rotator cuff - and I was completely wrong. I had fractured my humerus. At that point, I decided to listen to my medical providers, and have had a speedy recovery without complications. I received attentive and supportive care, convenient in-house x-rays to track my healing. A few years ago, Dr. Adams repaired my husband's rotator cuff, and he had a wonderful outcome and speedy recovery as well.

      We are very sorry to hear of your experience. While it is difficult to respond on social media due to HIPAA laws, generally speaking there are several reasons why we might not have gotten an initial x-ray. Examples of this might be that a patient has a concern regarding radiation, cost, or has a medical condition that won't allow it. Another example might be that a patient's history and physical exam does not indicate an injury that would require special treatment or surgical repair. (These are just a few examples). It is our policy to treat patients as conservatively as possible so as not to cause them unnecessary expense. We take great pride in our patient care and encourage our patients to follow up with us directly to address any issues or concerns. Because our practice is small and independently owned, Dr. Adams and Ike are always easy to reach at (970) 355-1520. We will take this review to heart and wish you best of luck in your future endeavors.
