        Skip them... I bought a quarter beef from them and 5 of the first 6 packages I opened had rancid meat. When I returned it, Gary did replace it (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), but he tried to guilt trip me on the quality of meat. Like anyone couldn't tell it was bad. Also had a hog processed there and the cured meat only took 2 days? No...anyone that's cured meat knows it takes longer than that, so who knows where my meat came from. Next time I'll drive to Delta or Montrose.
