Callie Is a real gem!! If you like to be disrespected and made to feel extremely uncomfortable then this is the place for you! Ive been bringing my girls here for years and never had a single issue until she came into the office. Dr. Strange is a great doctor and its a shame that he has someone like her who is the first contact with his patients. You answer a phone for living honey youre nothing special so get off your high horse. Glad to say we will never be back and everyone Ive referred will also not be returning. Called for a simple question which escalated very quickly this is the second time shes been rude and will be the last time. Cant wait to see you fall Callie Im in the building frequently so lmk when you wanna have lunch

The receptionist, Callie, was awful and really rude to me when I tried to ask questions and get some information on dental emergencies. She straight up hung up on me, twice, and I'm no Karen, i was even tempered and nice, I just wanted some questions answered about my childs dental emergency. As someone who works in customer service myself (for almost 20 years), I was appalled at her behavior. I don't know if she was having a bad day but it is ridiculous to act the way she did. If I was the dentist I would be ashamed to have someone like that interacting with patients, it's a great way to lose business. Again, this place provides good dentistry and the other receptionist Jen was very professional, but Callie has soured my love for this place. She has no business in customer service.

Dr. Strange is amazing! My daughter ended up needing a lot of work done and he did a great job keeping her comfortable and not afraid!
