    Was charged $450 at this location for vaccinations and lab tests that I needed for my EMT classes. I was told this was the only amount I needed to pay and I paid out of pocket. Now, almost 7 months later, I am getting a $700 bill from Labcorp (who they get the lab results from) saying I owe them as well. When I called the billing department for CCOM I was met with nothing but an answering machine several times, so I contacted the front desk. When speaking with the front desk employee I was told The $450 was just for the vaccinations and not the lab tests. Sorry that that wasnt explained to you. No, it was explained to me that the $450 covered it all and I was clearly lied to. Crazy unethical business practices.

    RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! You will not get care here. This place is set up to deny your worker comp claim and deny you the health care you deserve. Drive to any other worker comp doctor no matter how far it is. You won't even see the doctor here. They lie about your injuries. They even tried to accuse my husband of making up his injury! 3 torn tendons and still waiting for surgery because of CCOMs incompetence and lack of any care. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE This place should be shut down.

    Drove over an hour, to complete a drug screening. Place never opened, nobody showed. There were several of waiting, but doors were locked. My fiance got sick, trying to hold it for over an hour. Never use them!!

    Friendly staff, had to wait a little bit for the urine drug screen due to it being walk in based. Staff gave updates while I waited my turn. Overall a good experience of getting in and out in a timely manner.
