    I filed a BBB complaint against them to add to their numerous BBB complaints they already have. They provided a short vague response to the BBB complaint that they are refunding me. No amount, no method of payment, no specifics on when which I suspected was because they arent going to actually refund me.and they didnt. Further action to come. Steer clear of this business.

    Slum lords. Absolute slum lords. The seemingly automated responses to reviews are a red flag. The one-star review from FL with the response of thanks for enjoying our lovely property is almost comical. Mold, bugs, theft, water leaks, getting the run around from the property manager, and paying for carpets the upstairs unit soaked? Pools shut down because they look like Shrek's swamp, broken gym equipment....I can go on. I tried being a good tenant the first year and stayed a month ahead on rent all year. I shouldn't have bothered. Rent will go up every year regardless. New apartments get built near by, well guess what? The rent for your 40 year old apartment is gonna match the "market value". What's the difference? It's only half a century and the appliances are only 15 years old. What a great deal.
