Ken and his team have done so many jobs around our house over the last year! He's rebuilt and modernized the staircase, installed kitchen backslash and installed carpet just to name a few. Dont ever try to go with this company. They boast that they can handle all types of handy man works but they cant. I dont think they are even licensed professionals. I hired Ken to do the install of new garbage disposer and to fix the water hose that connects water line to the refrigerator. He started the work for the water hose that connects to the refrigerator line without even shutting off the main water supply and that caused heavy water leakage. It damaged the hard wood floors and caused the cupping and Ken says he is not responsible for the damage. He initially tried to blame that hard wood floors guys saying that they missed the sanding of that piece of area where the damage was caused(I got the brand new hard wood floors installed before this guy started his work) and when i have shown him the area explaining that the damage was caused due to his work, he immediately changed his word that he cannot help and spoke in a very rude manner. Now, he wont even respond properly for my calls or texts. He doesn't even know the basics of plumbing. While installing the garbage disposer, he did not even remove the cap on the garbage disposer which takes the dishwasher drain pipe and that caused water leakage too. Such a pathetic and horrible experience.
