        Very rude. Called for a Vin check and was told it was 30 dollars. Every other dealer is free. Just because I mentioned that the dmv stated dealerships should not charge the answering party stated we don't work for free and hung up. Horrible customer service. Not once did I argue with you about your prices. I made a simple comment. The Nasty attitude In the response is why I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

      well karen, I am sure you do not work for free, you are more than welcome to go where ever you want, a lot of dealerships will not even do them because of people like you !!!! As for the DMV, let them do it for you .....the dmv does not dictate to dealers whether they charge or not. I'm glad you found a dealership that will do it for free as I'm sure you also donate your time to work for free. Our conversation was over, I wasn't going to do it for free and that is what you wanted to argue about. I'm not going to argue with you on what I charge for vin inspections. Next time you go to the store, argue with them about the prices as well.
