Called the pueblo office after talking to a jh in walmart.explained everything I needed.women seemed to think I wasn't interested in travelling to pueblo to file.She hung up on me.i called back and she went on with her speel without any kind of apology so needless to say I will be going somewhere else.very unprofessional.Dont recommend

Every time I've went to Jackson Hewitt I've had wonderful customer service. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. If you choose to have someone do taxes for you, JH is a good option

We have done our taxes here for the last 2 years and it has been great! We love Jackson Hewitt, especially this location we live in north springs and take the drive because the experience is just that good. We have seen Naykia both years and Catherine this year as well. Both ladies are professional, quick and very helpful. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Every time I've went to Jackson Hewitt I've had wonderful customer service. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. If you choose to have someone do taxes for you, JH is a good option
