Integrative Body & Mind

The quality of care I have received at integrated body and mind is above and beyond. My concerns are heard and there is open and honest discussion of options. Prices for services are affordable and the program Sarah is creating for the community within the practice is worth the money. I would recommend Sarah and the practice to anyone needing care that isn't rushed with each appointment and for those who can't wait 30+ days to be seen.

Absolutely LOVE Sarah! She takes the time to listen, asks questions and gives you the time to address anything you need. It feels like a true personal service, not just pushed through the appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is how ALL health care providers should operate. The philosophy used here would dramatically bring down health care costs for everyone if it caught on nation wide. While Sarah does reactive health care (like treats you for sinus infections, colds, etc...), her specialty seems to be preventive maintenance care. In other words, she wants to work with you to prevent health issues and reinforce your body's own ability to fight off possible future illness. I'm glad she left the establishment to try this, and I think if more people would sign up with her and see how it works for them, the long term would be healthier communities and hospitals dealing with mostly emergency care only.

My first visit was a genuine pleasure, with kind and attentive care that is hard to find these days. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for genuine care and caring folks to give them a chance.
