      image Bad experience every time in the last 6 months! The food barely comes out edible every time. My sandwiches never even look like sandwiches and are impossible to eat. And the rotisserie chicken is just chunks of chicken how are you supposed to eat golfball sized chicken balls on a sandwich? The staff dont even listen when making the sandwiches either.

      image Tired of placing online orders just to get there and the food wasn't even started to be made or go in and someone stole our order so they had to completely redo the order......we order online because usually we are working or busy so we don't have time to stand there all day! This location sucks!

      image When we first arrived, there was an angry man at the side counter asking why his food wasnt ready and that it was already paid for. He left saying he did not have time to wait any longer. The young ladies just shrugged it off. The line didnt move for 5 more minutes. Finally was able to place an order. Counter sign said soup and sub. Asked about soup. No soup available. Have ordered sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub many times. Best part is the sauce. Had to stop young lady as she wrapped my sub without putting sauce on it. She informed me it was already on the (plain) chicken I saw on a tray before she made my sub. Cashier called me sweetie many times. Im 61 years old. She was maybe 20. Not appropriate. She informed us there was no carbonation for the fountain drinks and also they are out of bags. Dining room floor in need of a broom, and luckily we were able to sit at the only clean table. Looking at other reviews, now we are sorry we chose to have lunch here. Choose wisely. I will next time.
