        Absolutely love GlowCo, the community it offers, and the variety of classes to choose from! The heated classes are the absolute best but you truly cant go wrong with any of the classes or instructors. Working out has never been so fun and enjoyable!

        I moved from Denver to Morgan County a few years ago and was sad to leave my previous gym behind. I was very skeptical that Id find a gym that I enjoyed, and GlowCo has exceeded all my expectations. The workouts are challenging, the events are fun and the community is incredibly kind and welcoming. I absolutely would not have been able to make this transition without GlowCo!

        Super friendly atmosphere. I was nervous as I had never done a lot of the types of classes they offered, but all instructors were very kind, helpful, and positive.

        If you haven't been to GlowCo give it a try. Everyone is very welcoming. Most classes have modifications for beginners. I love the yoga classes. The hot dome definitely takes the classes to the next level.
