        Took over an hour to arrive from the city I live in for an 1st time appt for me and my son at 9:30 . Was asked to arrive early to fill out paper work. They called and canceled my appointment just a few minutes before I was expected to arrive. Showed non-remorse and could care less than I spent over an hour like gas is cheap coming to their facility. Unprofessional and took of time from work for nothing
