        We moved from out of state, and this location has been immensely frustrating. We have an older dog plus other dogs. Each visit is contradictory from the last. They take extensive notes but never refer back to them as we are asked the same questions over and over. What should have been a ten minute appointment turns into forty because they don't listen, repeat bad information to upsell into the prescription based dog food programs their corporate holders own without knowledge and useful scientific data to back up what they are trying to sell. Or services that do not fit the needs. This is two stars because there is one vet and two techs that if we are lucky to get, actually do know their stuff and listen.

        They make the vet visits as easy as they can be and all their staff are super friendly. Huge shout out to Maya for catching my runner and Arianna for helping me wrangle him to the truck
