DO NOT USE UHAUL!! Two days before a 500 mile move they called me to tell me that they didnt have the equipment I reserved. They explained that they cant guarantee equipment is available and that their policy states this. Why risk not being able to have your reservation honored and your plans ruined? Use Penske or Budget. It will cost us thousands of dollars to find a mover and will delay our move. If you need guaranteed reservations dont use Uhaul.

The truck itself was clean and got the job done but the passenger side, side view mirror was swinging freely so I couldnt merge into the right lane. Thank god I was only going down the street but it did not feel safe at all and had to have someone follow me when it rained just so I can turn or merge right.

I have Tourettes and at first they were treating me as if I was playing a game and asked me to stop or I needed to leave I tried to explain what the issue was and was mocked and then told to leave or the cops will be called once again I tried to explain and was threatened with the cops they were very rude and said that I needed to grow up and quit trying to prank businesses they also claimed that I had a tictok and was trying to prank their business Im insulted and very hurt that people would treat me this way when I was trying to explain I began to cry and just left these folks are terrible people

Would give zero stars if I could. They called to tell me their system was down so they could not rent to me (on my moving day). I called back to get the $50 guarantee and a different guy told me that I can only rent after they close by using the app, so I do not qualify for their guarantee..? Before this they also downgraded my truck size...
