The worker you guys have that worked Monday night around 7 pm was completely rude and horrible to me even though i was nothing but nice and was even gonna let him take my car because i understood i was in the wrong. He made me cry and have a panic attack and he really did scare me. I dont mind my car being towed, I mind that the person towing my car is a horrible person. He even went as far to roll down his window as he was driving away and continuing to yell. Why do you have workers like that?

Awfully scummy to say that all of these poor reviews are souly due to people being upset. Reasonably upset. The poor conduct, the poor service, the unreasonably infrequent hours, the smell. Bad company

Fort Collins towing. Terrible PR and communications. Filed an email to the company for a call back. Never received a call back. Put my car on the truck while it was running and my dog in the front seat. Only left it for a few minutes to run inside the office of State apartments. They sit and watch. Even spoke to the driver. Gave him 75.00 in cash to drop my car.    Students watch out.  Bad PR and no compassion for anything.

They lie to steal peoples things Lie about the services they provide And don't do a very good job wouldn't recommend if it was the last towing company on earth
