Otter Shop

My second visit to the OtterShop went much better than my first. I did not leave a review then, as I believe the young lady that helped me was simply having a bad day. However, this visit (3/27/24 at around 130pm if memory serves) was fantastic! Byanka was kind, informative, gave me the exact information I needed, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't, and expertly installed my screen protector and case, and informed me of the warranty and return policy - which is good, as I am not entirely in love with the case I selected, and may return it during the 30 day return window :) If I could give her 6 stars I would gladly do so!

Otter Box Rocks! I will probably be an Otter customer forever! Highly recommend! My previous Otter Box phone case was cracked after years of use and I walked into the store, told them what I needed, they took one glance at my phone, already knew the model just by looking at it, grabbed three cases to choose from, and swapped it out for FREE!! I was in and out in 3 minutes! Amazing customer service! Amazing products! Highly recommend! Thank you Otter!
