Dr. Hecker and staff are very nice but unfortunately I had unsuccessful treatments with him for my Achilles tendonitis. I did 12 treatments of laser and Tecar that he outlined would be the best treatment for my issue. After spending over $2,300 I have very little improvement. I was hoping for a successful outcome since he helped my husband with his plantar fasciitis.

Still hurting. Paid just over $1100 for 4 treatments and 2 office visits without results. FYI: They don't do insurance billing and they do not tell you that they don't provide any medical treatments codes for the therapy if you wanted to get reimbursed by your health care insurance provider. I might get reimbursed $325 for the two office visits. I won't deal with a Dr. or therapist that does not accept insurance anymore.

When I met Dr Hecker I was limping, and unable to walk long distances after having a pump bump surgery on my heel. I was hoping the surgery would prevent injury to my Achilles and I would be able enjoy running again without pain. But after months in a boot and a very painful post operative experience I was worse than before the surgery and not progressing at all. I had basically given up on ever walking normally again, let alone running. I made an appointment with Dr Hecker in a final desperate attempt to get better. He immediately recommended some innovative treatments to stimulate healing. I was VERY skeptical, but after a few sessions the pain and swelling in my heel had begun to reduce! I continued to follow his recommendations and continued to feel better and better. I had my first appointment with Dr Hecker in May, and by October, I was not only walking without pain, but I was also back to running! I feel so blessed Dr Hecker is in Fort Collins. If you have foot or ankle issues skip the surgery and see Dr Hecker!!

I had an unsuccessful attempt to remove a bone spur in my ankle about 9 years ago. Since that time, the pain steadily increased and had hampered my quality of life . The past year my limp was more pronounced and it began to hinder my daily activities. I saw an orthopedic surgeon and in his clinic notes, he had documented that a fusion could be in my future. I will always thank him for giving me the phone number to Hecker Sports and Regenerative Medicine. Dr Hecker reassured me that this injury did not need surgery and his treatments, using heat, laser and ultrasound, would heal my injury. The brace was a big help to walk correctly and the compression sleeve reduced the swelling. I had a total of 14 treatments and now doing exercises to strengthen my weak tendons and ligaments. With his expertise, my body was able to heal itself. I am so grateful for the whole team in their clinic. Highly recommend these healers!
