Blue Raven Solar

Blue Raven Solar was very enthusiastic and responsive when it came to selling us our system, the enthusiasm and communication . however, dropped off quickly after we purchased. They did the install quickly and professionally although they could have done a better job of clean-up. I'm still picking up bits of plastic and there is various plastic parts in the gutters and under the panels. The reason they are getting 3 stars only is the communication after installation. It took some time to get my system connected to the internet so I could monitor it and several technicians and visits. Each technician didn't seem to been in communication with the other or the head office. I have sent several emails about various concerns and questions only not to get a response or get a very late response. I was never offered a consumption meter and when I contacted them to request and install it was mostly crickets. Probably sent four emails at this point with one response. They seem too busy to provide timely customer service or not interested after they have sold you the system. Not sure I would recommend. That being said, the system appears to be professionally installed and working properly.
