        The food was inedible. The bread was super super stale and burnt. I had to take out the insides and put it on my own bread at home so that the whole thing didnt go to waste. This isnt the first time Ive gotten stale bread from subway so today was my last time going there. Not worth the price.

        This review is specifically about an employee on shift 7/22 around 4pm (I didnt catch his name). Our interaction was less than 2 minutes long but it was the most positive customer service experience Ive ever had at any Subway. My boyfriend and I were waiting for an online order that we placed and the employee was taking care of some in-house customers. He finished their transaction a few minutes later and he came right up to the table we were waiting at with a huge smile and he apologized for the wait (which wasnt necessary we only waited for 5 min tops) he was just so nice and friendly. When we got home and opened our sandwiches, we were so amazed at how well built they were. There were no mistakes, every ingredient was on there and the ratio of everything was just perfect. This dude is practically a sandwich scientist. I never thought Id care this much about a damn sandwich but this employee has raised my standards. Thank you Subway employee guy on west drake!
