Zick Contruction & Roofing

I had Zick Construction come out and price painting the Exterior of my house. This was the 3rd bid I had received for the work. The price for the work was the low number, but the difference was the extra work they included. What the other companies did not include was the replacement of damaged siding, joint sealant at all windows, and they also replaced some trim to make sure the job was done correctly. I have also called them after every major hail storm. I received a response within 12 hours and had someone onsite within 24. My roof has been inspected and signed off, which as a home owner is one less thing to worry about. I recently have requested a price to replace my driveway and will be using Zick Construction again. Highly recommend for the quality, availability, and cost efficiency.

Wonderful from start to finish! Scott was very professional and easy to work with. I had numerous companies knock on my door but Zick Construction was the only local, reputable and experienced company. When I needed gutters replaced from hail damage, Scott Zick and his team did a great job being professional and prompt. He even pointed out an area he could improve the original gutter design, which fixed an issue we had only just begun to realized we had. The result is much nicer than what we had before.
