I recently bought a home in Ft. Collins through Chris Lombardi at Velocity Real Estate. Chris sold a property for me 5 years ago, and he was the only one I would consider when I was ready for this purchase. He is very experienced in buying and selling property, and he knows the local market inside/out. He makes the real estate process seamless and is always willing to discuss options or provide information to his client.
