        TERRIBLE! Go elsewhere! Spent 400 on my sons otoplasty scar to be revised and he had to do it twice and its still terrible. I now have to go somewhere else! My poor son!

        I would have to disagree w Debbie's rating. Dr Tsoi saved my hand. Through 4 surgeries on my middle finger and 2 on my index, I had full use and movement of my hands after they were mangled in a lawn mower injury. Had I been in my small hometown, they would have just cut my fingers off. Its been 15 years and I still am so thankful I had him as my surgeon. I'm not sure how many other surgeons could have pulled it off.
