I used to not have the best impression of Party City - not sure why, but as a kid back in CA, I used to think it was like a necessary evil. Lots of fun things to choose, but expensive. Now as an adult, I apparently feel differently (but speaking solely about the balloon services). I love that they are willing to fill balloons you get from elsewhere. Dont be like me and buy a helium tank (super expensive in comparison) that doesnt do anything but leaves you with half of your foil balloons that wont float or they pop because you keep trying to fill them until they float more. Spare yourself the energy - the balloon people at Party City are here to bring joy and convenience. Even when a few of the latex balloons I had brought in popped, they would just ask me for another from my bag of many and refill it. They couldve told me toughhh but kept trying. The staff even personally walked me to the balloon section to look at additional options when I expressed I was considering adding a balloon. It held up the line a bit as they also wear the hat of cashiers but I was thankful for the personal touch. Getting your balloons filled here on your way to a party is such a lifesaver/joy-bringer. Now you just have to figure out how to fit those balloons in your car if its small
