        The service department is constantly behind, sometimes 40+ cars. So be warned that if you chose to have service done here, it would take up to a day or two, even for a simple oil change. They also tried to up charge me on an engine air filter, thankfully I caught it and they straightened it out. They severely lack time management and customer service skills. Choose another Ford dealer for your services.

        0 stars would be more accurate. Worthless. 1st time they didn't do everything we asked for. The second time we dropped off the car the night before, so they would have all day to work on it. By 3:30 PM they hadn't called, so we called them. Nothing had been done, NOTHING! Ken Garff destroyed what was once a respected dealership and service department.
