        My wife bought a charging cord for my phone, and the salesperson sold her the wrong item after she asked for help. She wasn't able to return it quickly, but when she did, they would only refund her $15 of the $25 originally charged because it had been over 15 days. She even had the original receipt to show how much she paid for it. I could understand if she didn't have proof of purchase. Their corporate policies suck! I think this is the same store that got in trouble a few years back for kicking out a group of mentally handicapped adults.

        I brought in a print job and was very surprised that they were able to finish it on the spot. I went over to the library to return some books and came right back and it was done. Exceptional service. Friendly staff. Great location next to Sprouts and the Council Tree library branch. Highly recommended!

        This is your typical Staples, and that is a good thing and that you expect Staples to have, they have it. The store was very well maintained and clean. All the products were easy to see in the store was very well lit. They also had some good clearance items and sales as well.
