Braelen was very supportive and helpful in my goal to gain weight 2 post- surgeries. She offered many suggestions for restoring my weight that I was unaware of. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of nutrition and how the body functions with various nutrients. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

This has honestly been one of the best experiences Ive ever had when it comes to nutrition, healing, and handling my eating disorder. The staff here are wonderful and well-informed, so much so that I learn new things about myself every session. Ive gotten so much needed hand wanted help and I plan to continue being a client here for a long time! Braelen is especially wonderful if you get the chance to work with her!!
