Jon and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with on converting our construction loan to a permanent mortgage. We've bought a couple of homes over the years and refinanced, and our experience with Dynamic Mortgage Concepts far exceeded our expectations and those past experiences. We were actually satisfied with our past banking relationships, but what Jon brings that the big banks don't is the personal interaction. After doing one online application, the entire rest of the process was in person through direct email and phone calls with Jon and Kristen. It was just refreshing to do business person-to-person and not have as much big bank robotic type emails and portals to deal with. I would recommend Jon to anyone I know that is needing to do anything with their mortgage.

Jon Vigil has been a blessing to my family. He is the definition of a professional- we wouldnt have been able to make our dream home happen in such a scary market without him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs creative solutions, or just basic mortgage financial needs. Not to mention he has a great personality and made the process all the less stressful. I really liked Jon and he was super knowledgeable. Seemed like he could be the help we needed for self-employed mortgage issues but unfortunately I never heard back from him.
