Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. I initially told her that I was looking at multiple lenders to make sure we were getting the best rate in the current market, and not only did she provide the best rate, but her attentiveness, attention to detail and prompt help/service whenever we had questions or needed her to crunch numbers was so incredibly helpful throughout the process. I will absolutely use her again and will recommend her to anyone who asks!!

Buying a home can be exhilarating, terrifying, and frustrating all at the same time. That's why finding the right person to work with on your financing is incredibly important -- and I can say, working with Jessica was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She was available to answer our (many) questions and to make sure we understood the process every step of the way. Jessica worked to get us the very best mortgage possible, and kept us on track with any paperwork needed. It felt like we had a partner in this journey, someone looking out for us. On top of her professionalism, she's honestly so much fun to work with -- a kind, humorous, real human being who just happens to love crunching numbers and making sure you get into a home you love. (She even came to our closing to say congratulations - I've never had that experience before and it's amazing.) I'm keeping in touch with her forever in case we want to refinance in the future! Jessica was awesome! She always had answers to my questions and willing to help. We always felt she had our best interest in mind when getting our finances in order. We have now worked with her on 2 home loans and we couldnt have asked for a better person. Would totally recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy or refinance their home.

Working with Jessica at NoCo Home Loans was a pleasure. We just did our home refi with her and she made the whole process smooth and hassle-free, from beginning to end. She was super helpful and patient in explaining everything to me. The only glitch the whole time was that some papers got delayed due to the FedEx shut down and she still was able to keep everything on track...despite the fact that it was completely out of her control. And the best part is she saved us over $500/month!! I highly recommend her for anyone needing a mortgage or refi. Thanks, Jessica!!!
