Experience of the highest quality service from Angie Grothmann! First of all, Angie has set the bar high for our expectations for any other selling agent out there. She keeps her pulse on the market and provided us with the knowledge we needed to navigate the selling process. She has multiple vendor resources to provide you with, to keep the process moving along quickly. She was always available for questions and very attentive. She made you feel like you were her only client. She is a wonderful and caring person. Knowing we were moving out of state, she went above a beyond to help find a good buyers agent. She contacted and screened them to be sure we would have a good experience finding our new home. Words cant express how grateful we were to have Angie alongside us in selling or home. Let me just say, we successfully were under contract in 4 days and well over asking price! Angie is fantastic!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Angie is an excellent agent and I would recommend her to anyone selling their house! She is very attentive to detail and thoroughly explains each step. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and selling process and all the details in between.
