The main thing we loved about working with Robert was his communication. In a time where it's hard to get people to respond, Robert was on top of every email, phone call, or text we sent. He made us feel as though we were his only client, even with multiple other listings. That was exactly what we wanted in a realtor. The photographer, videographer, and drone pilot took excellent photos/videos. His staging team was friendly and knowledgable. The rest of team was on top of everything from listing to closing with excellent communication and hard work. We hardly had to do a thing, Robert and his team were our advocates. They went to bat for us at every turn. He is not pushy and takes into consideration our feelings/ideas to come to a decision that we feel comfortable with based on his years of experience. He will give honest feedback that allowed us to make decisions about price, negotiations, and other details. He can recommend just about anyone for repairs, new installs, inspections, or movers. Being our first time selling, it was great to have such a knowledgeable realtor to recommend things we hadn't thought about and explain both sides of the decision from pricing/listing to the final close. The home purchase process was incredible. We bought new construction and he was our advocate at every meeting. Robert got us into our forever home and we cannot be more thankful. We would not hesitate to work with Robert again and would recommend the same to anyone else.

Robert and his team were great to work with; they brought a lot of knowledge and experience to the table that truly made a difference in being able to sell our house in a timely manner (when the interest rates were at an ugly 7.5% and the market was slowing). Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell!

Through the process of getting to know us, he helped us zero in on a neighborhood that we absolutely love! The house we bought wasnt on our radar until he suggested it as an option.
