Kyle was really great to work with and helped me find a home that is perfect for me. He was able to work with me while I was out of town by doing showings over video calls, etc. Everything went very smooth and I'm super satisfied with the house I got. Kyle was a coworker of mine for years. He was always dedicated, personable, and very hard working. Watching him now in a career that is his actual passion, I can see his strong work ethic really shine through. Kyle is not only driven for the work itself, but those he is helping to find a home. He never does the bare minimum. He very much cared about what was right for us given our circumstances and went to bat for us when we asked for credits. Working with Kyle to find a home was a great experience every step of the way! He is extremely knowledgeable, well connected, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. Getting in touch with Kyle was easy and he always followed through on everything he said he would do in a timely manner. He was patient through the process of helping us learn how Colorado's market differed from the one in Wisconsin that we were familiar with. I always appreciated the things he pointed out in the homes he showed us that I wouldn't have noticed on my own. Kyle showed us a lot of homes before we found "the one." Kyle and Kara made the journey from accepted offer to closing day very smooth. They're a great team and we felt very well taken care of. We highly recommend!
