Dietary restrictions: I asked about allergen options (there are a few fruit only smoothies that we could have) and if they wash their blenders with soap in between. They said they just rinse with water. I didnt feel safe so I left.

Came in with my daughter no hi how are you or we will be with you in a min. Gave my order & a cash tip to be nice not even a thank you or good bye we will not be back.

Disappointed. Seems like customer service is really lacking here. I too had the same experience as other reviews. My first time ever going in to a Smoothie King; went in the morning around 9:30am 8/23/23. The girl up front was so unkind. No welcome in, no guidance, nothing. My daughter has a severe peanut allergy, we ordered the kids chocolate smoothie (doesnt contain nuts from what I read on the menu) I still asked the girl if it had any peanuts or tree nuts and she said not this one then proceeded to hand over the drink. My daughter ended up having an allergic reaction to the smoothie my guess was from cross contamination. The place needs some new management and train their employees better. This was so unacceptable.

I love the smoothies. All the girls in there have the personality of a rock. I avoid going there because they are some serious Debbie downers! Zero social skills or customer service. Id go more if that was improved!
