Fantastic experience, Alec aka Q is the realest food service worker in all of Fort Collins. Came all the way from Denver to bask in the greatness that is Spoons, and was not disappointed in the slightest. Exceeded expectations in every way. Fresh food, good price, great atmosphere. Will be back!

Twice now, I've gotten the "hot" sandwiches, and they're cold! The Buffalo chicken and the Chipotle chicken. They put cold ingredients on the bread, then run it through a toaster for a few seconds, and call it "good". The bread is somewhat warm, but the filling is cold! $10 for this? And they do nothing to rectify it. They just shrug and say: "Well, most people don't complain". Seriously? So, they just don't give a rip. If you want a hot sandwich that actually IS hot, go to Jersey Mike's. Stay away from this place! What a joke.

This place makes tasty, mid-tier, food at a fast food price. Salads are good and there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options with soup. That said, they should really be more careful when it comes to almonds with regard to food allergies. Edit: Quality plummeted in the past couple years

My daughter and I stopped in today, and the manager, Alec, seemed to be very high on something. His shirt was very dirty as was his hair. As we entered, he told us he had the hiccups. Okay. I asked for a sample of soup and was told, "We haven't done that for 4.5--5 years." Okay. We got our food and found a table. I visited the bathroom to wash my hands. It was very dirty; the pink ring in the toilet told a story of days and days of neglect. When I got back to the table, I noticed floor tiles popping up, and a dirty smear that passed for mopping, I guess, on the floor. I saw the young woman who prepared our food and told her about the impaired young man and the bathroom. She told me the young man was the manager (!!) and that she would tell him about the bathroom. Soon, she was back out with a cleaning kit to clean it. As we were exiting the door, the impaired manager did a loud wolf howl. I asked him why he did that and he pointed toward another employee and said, "We work over 30 hours a week together, and when she touches me, I do that." Okay. The young woman (not the young woman who cleaned the restroom) waved her fingers at me and said, "Bye bye." It was really a strange and unsettling experience. Out of the three employees I encountered, two seemed barely able to function, and they're likely to get someone sick at some point. I regret eating there.

This is my all time favorite lunch spot. It never gets old with rotating soups and more. I love mixing two soups together too. Their foccocia bread is amazing and have loved everything I've had there.
