Rude, dodgey, combative, and generally unprofessional. They tried to mandate that I switchfrom longheld therapist in order to utilize their group service I felt that was pretty shady as well.

Scheduling appointments is a nightmare and there is no way to get a regular time so it is luck of the draw every time you schedule one. The organizational system they have in place is dysfunctional at best and in many cases seems to exist to make patients lives more difficult. Getting medication refills is almost as convoluted a process and usually involves several hours of phone tag. Over the past few years they seem to be getting worse at both of these things. If I didn't like my therapist so much I wouldn't even consider seeing them. As for doctors, it's possible to get lucky if you get the right doctor but it seems like most of the good ones leave pretty quickly. I have seen people at both the Fort Collins and Loveland locations and both offices are equally incompetent. One of the worst run mental health offices I have ever received services at.
