Substandard medical care, ZERO INTERGRITY, stay away at all cost, find a practice who cares, and won't LIE to you and tell you one thing, but write something completely different in your medical records,. I wish I could leave 0 stars. TRUST completely gone

I've been going here for months and this morning, I get a call that I owe $1700. I've never once received a bill for this. On top of it, the office manager was extremely rude when i spoke with her, even arguing with me and raising her voice. Listen, maybe if you do your job correctly and send bills, or, I dunno let people know that they have a balance you wouldn't have to call and yell at people first thing in the morning. Just a thought.

Overall, most of the people here have been great! The nurses are super kind and so are some of the PA's. I struggle to write this post, however, after my 2 most recent visits I find it hard not to share my experiences. Typically my appointments are just check-ups, but with my recent health issues I have been going in and asking for referrals and tests. The first problem I experienced was that I was recommended to a therapy facility that does not accept insurance. No one here told me that they did not accept insurance and I think that is inconsiderate to the financial status of their clients. They should always provide an in-network referral option. The second issue, and the MOST IMPORTANT issue, was that Denyse Nizam has completely belittled my issues and made me feel stupid at both appointments. The first time I started crying because I felt like I was stupid for bringing up my issues. The second time I asked about blood work and she acted like I expected her to send out 5 million blood work requests, all I requested was that we maybe start looking into very common virus infections and vitamins. I cannot believe it was so hard to get a medical professional to take my request seriously when asking about vitamin deficiencies and tests that I was requesting due to familial history!!!!! It was absurd. After this appointment I decided I would never see Denyse again, however, I am just deciding to never go to this practice again. They have always provided subpar service and the receptionist is extremely rude, which makes even going there upsetting. If all you need is a check-up, you're fine going there. But the moment your health takes a turn, go somewhere else. The pain of deteriorating health is bad enough, you don't need someone not taking it seriously or making you feel crazy for it.

Been going here for years and have always had a great experience with all of the providers, but a few months ago I met with Denyse and it was one of the worst interactions Ive ever had with a clinician. In August I had a sensitive issue and needed to see someone. My previous provider left the practice and Denyse was hired in her place so I saw Denyse. The MA brought me in and I asked her a simple question, to which she told me she would ask Denyse. She leaves the room and I wait for Denyse to see me but I can hear them out in the hallway laughing about the question I had asked which was obviously incredibly upsetting to me. Denyse was incredibly inattentive and barely made an attempt to listen when I was explaining my issue. She then starts using childish terms like hoo-ha which was incredibly off-putting. To top it all off she misdiagnosed me with an infection and gave me medication I didnt need to be on. I still give RMFP 3 stars because every other provider is absolutely wonderful but Denyse was a bad hire, especially in contrast to the others. I have not seen her since August and I dont intend to ever again. She should not be working with patients.
