I went to go pick up my prescriptions two weeks ago and they told me that I would have to pay full price as the insurance systems were hacked and I can understand that it is not their fault but I have not gotten any notification on whether I could go pick up my prescription and have my insurance ran. If I could receive an update.

I saw Dr kalayanova twice and decided not to return. I had thyroid cancer that led to thyroidectomy, I need rai treatment now, but she wouldnt let go of trying to get me to switch my thyroid medication from the natural desiccated to synthetic even though all my lab work is normal and within range. I feel great, theres no solid reason she could give me for me to switch she just kept digging in and hassling me no mater how many times I said no. To the point where I just said okay out loud knowing damn well I was just going to switch doctors instead. Be aware that at this location they only let you see one doctor. If you want a second opinion you have to go somewhere else entirely since they have a policy about it. Very dumb. So now my rai treatment is delayed because of Dr kalayanova and harmony campuses weird policy.

I miss small town healthcare. The people who work here are nice and doctors are average but they doubled the price of a procedure from what they quoted and I have spent a ridiculous amount of time (45 minutes at this point) to speak with someone who can help me. I have been hung up on by accident, transferred to four different people and still no help to discuss the bill. Come to find out that though I was in the room for the procedure, I cant discuss my husbands BILL due to privacy, which I should have known. I wouldnt leave a review like this but I had a similar issue years ago with my own bill and had hoped the service had improved. Come on UC health. I have to believe you can do better than this. Id go to the other healthcare companies in the area but dont trust their healthcare competence. So disappointed.
