        I have enjoyed having a membership but Im so dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I have tried to call and book appointment on the app and cant. Decided to show up to the business only to find it closed with now sign. After asking the neighboring businesses what is happening , I was told that someone bought out the business. This lack of communication is upsetting and unacceptable.
