My wife and I have (bundled) auto and homeowner's policies with the Erin LeVan State Farm agency. Customer service has been excellent. When I was involved in a car accident (other driver was at fault), I sent the agency updates via e-mail to include our file. The staff understood the situation, organized the information appropriately and offered assistance, should any be needed. Recently, I contacted the agency about a possible change in auto coverage. Being able to do so by e-mail was very convenient. Ms. LeVan contacted me personally (by phone) the same day, answered all my questions and made sound recommendations about liability coverage. Her approach was one of concern, not trying to sell me something. I feel very confident keeping our policies with Ms. LeVan and her team.

Love this team! They helped me switch my car insurance from Progressive and get significantly more coverage for the same price! Monique and Reba worked with me to make my policy totally customized, accounting for finances, coverage, etc. Erins office has high-energy vibes and genuine care for their customers- GO TEAM!
