        I started with this company at the end of June. They are a very great company to work for! I get a lot of support from my supervisor and the office staff.

        My experience with this company was horrible. I had them a total of 3 weeks but there were open shifts so my care was unpredictable. My services were terminated abruptly with the assumption I was committing fraud. Right at home was fully aware of my other home care provider. They came to my home providing care for that day and said they would not be returning. I asked several questions as I was confused to what was going on. She (manager) said call the VA and provided no other information. She took her book and left. This company had zero compassion for my loved one. I highly recommend NOT using this company as they have horrible customer service and they are short staffed. You dont know what you get day to day.

        Patti and her staff are amazing. We have worked with other companies but Patti and her staff actually care about their clients well being. They take the time to ask questions and assess their clients needs.

        Right At Home has been a life saver for me. Faced with PTSD issue, Theresa and Stephan have literally saved my life with companionship and mental health . The staff has always been accommodating and gracious. Thank God I got them in my life. I really appreciate everyone's understanding.

      I am so sorry you feel this way. We try our hardest to provide outstanding care for our clients. Yes, the care manager was aware you had a Medicaid Agency with your father, but the VA was not aware. I am required to notify the VA, who is the payer for our services, that you also had a Medicaid Agency working with your father. When the VA was notified about the other agency, the authorization was canceled that day. We went to the shift and discussed that we would not be back, and that you should talk to the VA about the authorization. I never accused anyone of fraud. As I'm required to do, I just reported the facts to the payer about using Medicaid and VA benefits. Again I am sorry for how this made you feel. That was never our intent.
