        DENISE (with the pretty purple hair) gave me the BEST customer service! Right at closing, she took the time to wrap the wool rug I purchased and told me to bring my vehicle to the front of the store so she could load it for me. I was very distressed because the rug was to keep my lame dog from falling. She empathized and shared a story of her aging dogs. The extra mile she went especially at closing, made a lasting impression, and I hope she is commended for her job well done!
