My experience working with NoCO and the team is one of quality and clear communication. All team members work towards the companies very high standards. I am very impressed with the team and the beautiful homes they've crafted. Jason and Dani are running a great custom home building company.

The team at NoCO Custom Homes sets the standard of excellence when it comes to quality craftsmanship. Their homes exude attention to detail and the highest design, crafted by a truly professional team. As an interior designer who has worked on several of their homes, I am constantly impressed by their organization, timeliness, and care for each client. I love (and would highly recommend) collaborating with this talented team on their homes throughout northern Colorado.

We built a home with NoCO in 2020. Not only are we grateful that we were able to complete the process when the world was shutting down, but three years later we withstood a direct hit from a massive lightning bolt and are relatively unscathed. Sure most of the low voltage is toast, but stillthats really nothing in comparison to what couldve happened. Thanks goes to Wagner Electric and NoCO Custom Homes for being so cautious and intentional about lightning protection! I think the employees that have come out to assess damages from Wagner Electric, FC Heating & Air, and Sight Sound and Security are pleased as well.

NoCO Custom Homes was EXACTLY what we were looking for. We had never built a house, but wanted a custom one-of-a-kind forever home. After 30 years in the military, Im not moving again, so it had to be perfect. And it IS, for us! From the unique floor plan which capitalizes on the views, to the quality of the finished product, we love it. Jason Jones (and Dani, Bailey, Marcial, and the army of others) personally made sure any issues were resolved and or explained. That was the key to our satisfactionthere were some rough spots and learning moments, but Jason and his team got us through by communicating and educating. I will never build another custom home, but only because this one is perfect. NoCO, Thank you and CHEERS!
