Had an appointment with Jen last week. I hated that I had to cut my hair short. To much damage from dying over the years. Jen was very understanding and went slow. I even came back for her to thin my bangs out a few days later, no charge. This shop has such an old school movie vibe to it. I will be returning.

I walked in without an appointment, and Robin was able to help me right away, before her next client arrived. She gave me just the haircut I wanted, for an affordable price. Even better, she is the sweetest person, and very pleasant to talk to. I'm so happy to have found Molly's!

I went to mollys for a trim, and left with a haircut that I wasnt happy with. I went home like most people do, and tried to fix it to my liking, and realized that I REALLY didnt like the cut. On some people it would look fine, but it didnt fit my head shape and just looked funny. After a short call, the staff immediately was willing to fix my haircut and refund me my money, which was a pleasant surprise. Not only this, but while getting my haircut, despite the fact I didnt like it, the staff member that helped me was friendly, attentive, and wanted to help me fix my hair. With all of this in mind, I think Mollys has great customer service, and own up to their mistakes, which is a breath of fresh air. Overall, I DO NOT recommend mens haircuts here, even for long hair like mine was. If you do go here as a man, make sure to explicitly tell them what you want, with photos, and Im sure theyll try to accommodate.
