        I am an older woman, with bad spinal stenosis pain. Sam has been working with me on strengthening my core. I am finally getting strong again. Sam has not only been patient with me, but also pushes me to the next level. I love the attitude here, everyone encourages me.

        Dropped in while I was in town visiting family. Felt welcome by everyone and had a great workout. The coach, Sam, was very knowledgeable and gave me great feedback. Ill definitely drop in again next visit.
